The Waverly

The Waverly South Beach was designed by the world-renowned firm Arquitectonica.

The Waverly at South Beach is a 399-unit high-rise condominium, comprised of two interconnected residential towers of 29 and 35 stories. It is the tallest of all the bay front condominiums South Beach has to offer.

The Waverly is located on West Avenue, which makes it very convenient to use either the Venetian or McArthur Causeway putting it just minutes from downtown, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.
