It is the ideal location for boat lovers, the Haulover ocean inlet is at a 10 minutes boat ride and south beach is only 20 minutes away. Sans Souci is surrounded by multiple shopping centers with plenty of stores and restaurants, making it a very convenient community. This area is also advantageous for the good public schools it gives access to.
